Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kfc2u ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the kfc2u online gambling platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer offerings, and any other features made available through https://kfc2u.cam.

kfc2u is an English-language online gaming platform serving the Malaysia market. Our platform is designed to serve Malaysian players, offering native Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) transactions, local payment integrations including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, and multilingual customer support in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the platform regardless of their location. By creating an account or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you agree to the most current version of this Agreement.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on kfc2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional or agent on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable laws.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by operator action.
• You hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of kfc2u or any of its affiliated game providers.

kfc2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Clause 4

Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use fictitious names, false addresses, or misleading contact information. kfc2u reserves the right to verify all registration information and to suspend or terminate Accounts where discrepancies are identified.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying kfc2u immediately through live chat or email support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring that no other person, including minors, has access to your login credentials or devices through which you access the Platform.

kfc2u will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from any party claiming to represent kfc2u should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Clause 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kfc2u Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly.
• FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.
• kfc2u does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, subject to technical limitations.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• kfc2u aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time.
• kfc2u reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigations into potential Terms violations.

Clause 6

Bonuses & Promotions

kfc2u offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, Refer A Friend rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Claiming a second bonus while a prior one is active may result in forfeiture of both offers.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kfc2u reserves the right to exclude specific players from any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: Any evidence of bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of prohibited strategies, will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and may lead to Account suspension.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds may expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kfc2u Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches in games or the payment system for financial gain.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund an Account.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by a person under the age of 21.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the kfc2u Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kfc2u or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from kfc2u.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfc2u and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including game results and sports betting outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or temporary unavailability of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kfc2u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Clause 10

Responsible Gambling

kfc2u is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. We provide the following tools accessible from every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits may not be increased within the same period without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods between 1 hour and 72 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and promotional communications are halted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and cumulative spend.

Clause 11

Termination of Account

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by contacting kfc2u customer support. We will process any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to pending wagering requirements) to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

kfc2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Account registration by a Prohibited Person.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate the suspension of accounts in specific jurisdictions.

Clause 12

Amendments to These Terms

kfc2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kfc2u will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the website or by email to registered account holders. The effective date of any revision will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

Clause 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kfc2u is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to kfc2u customer support for resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, you may escalate the matter in writing to kfc2u's compliance team via email at the address listed in the Contact Us section below. kfc2u will respond to all formal written complaints within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
